  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days

EU Shipping

  • Express Delivery (2–7 business days):
    • Free on all orders over £25

3. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received it within a few days, contact us at luxora-living@outlook.com.

4. What is your return policy?

You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, just email us at luxora-living@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

5. What if my item arrives damaged?

We’re so sorry! Please email us with a photo of the item and your order number — we’ll send out a replacement or arrange a refund as soon as possible.
